The event celebrates Splitting Hairs, an upcoming documentary following the United States Beard and Mustache Team as they travel through Europe to take on the formidable Association of German Beard Clubs at the World B&M Championships.

With the summer tailgating season fast approaching you might be feeling uneasy about the rising prices of beer worldwide and, as a consumer, you may be expected to incur the costs during the game or go thirsty. Since we all know that baseball is entirely unwatchable unless you’re drinking there is was choice but to buy stadium beer and pretend you care about collecting the cups after game, until now. Not only is The Beer Belly perfect for continuing your power drinking from the parking lot, it is also useful for other modes of public intake such as parks, the mall or church.

Subsequent layers included washes, rubbings, collage, silk screening and, finally, a perfectly proportioned red “X” centered on the canvas.

Tonight we went to the opening of Save As, an exhibition featuring prints by the talented designer/artist Adam Harvey. Each piece is comprised of something in the area of 20,000 spam e-mails composited to re-form as an image of online porn. It is conceptually interesting, without a doubt. The exhibition was at the low-key bar Stain, in Brooklyn, and had been publicized by the likes of Wired Magazine
